Quorn

Quorn is not such a good choice. And not that safe. About 5% of consumers get ill after eating it (that's a really high percentage!). And the long term side effects of eating this experimental fungus are not known, but given that a huge amount of the population suffers with chronic fungal infections, I wouldn't advise eating this fermented fungal fake meat. It's quite simple folks; if you like meat/meat shaped items; eat meat! If you are turned off by meat type foods (like me), eat beans, nuts and seeds. Neither path will kill you.
